Today was our business class all day. The day of horsemanship was cancelled due to weather. Michael did a great presentation making it fun, interesting but yet we were able to learn with ease. So far all of our instructors have been great, enthusiastic and authentic. The class seems to becoming more comfortable each day with more personality coming out. After class we decided to go to Outback in Ft Collins, as most of our road trips we had an adventure and a u-turn before getting to our destination. we did manage to find the Ft Collins airport, and the budweiser stadium. The food was great at Outback, our question to Cat from Australia would be, is the food in Australia really like what we get at Outback or are the Americans trying to make us think we are getting a little bit of down under when we really are not? While we were waiting to be seated Jessica managed to break a table. She swears it was already that way

Heidi feels that American food would be accepted in the european culture really well.
We are going to try and expose Heidi to as much of this culture as possible while she is here on her trip. So we have alot of plans for the next 7 weeks
No big plans for the weekend yet. except we need to add an exercise regimen to our itineray.
We are looking at taking Tai Chi with Michael on Monday evenings.
I forgot to mention we are having a pot luck at our apartment on Sunday.
